体针结合耳针治疗面肌痉挛临证经验

摘　　要：面肌痉挛是一种临床常见疾病,以面部肌肉不自主抽搐为主要特征。不仅影响美观,还对患者的工作生活造成巨大影响。中医针灸疗法在治疗面肌痉挛方面具有显著疗效。何常春主任从阴虚肝郁辨治面肌痉挛,以育阴潜阳,调神疏肝,息风止痉为治法,善用体针结合耳针的方法疗效显著。文章介绍其临证经验,以期为临床治疗本病提供参考。Hemifacial spasm is a common clinical disease characterized by involuntary twitching of facial muscles.It not only affects the appearance,but also has a huge impact on the patient s social work and life.Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Professor He treats hemifacial spasm from the perspective of yin deficiency and liver depression,using the methods of nourishing yin to subdue yang,regulating the mind and soothing the liver,and relieving wind and stopping spasm,the method of combining body acupuncture with ear acupuncture is effective.The article describes his clinical experiece,and it is hoped to provide a reference for clinical treatment of this disease.
