摘　　要：重症肌无力眼肌型是指症状局限于眼部肌肉(上睑提肌和眼外肌),导致上睑下垂和复视,眼轮匝肌的力量各不相同的自身免疫性疾病,属临床疑难病。眼睑下垂中医称“睑废”,又称“睑皮垂缓”,本病有先天与后天之别。对于后天重症肌无力性上睑下垂,施静教授临证从多角度论治此病,重视升阳通督、补益脾胃,并结合结构针灸学、解剖学,对该病能取得较好的临床疗效,通过经典案例再现OMG临床诊治过程,以示其用。Myasthenia gravis ophthalmotype(OMG)refers to an autoimmune disease in which symptoms are limited to the eye muscles(upper palpebral levator and extraocular muscles),resulting in ptosis and double vision,and the strength of the orbicularis oculi muscle varies.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),blepharoptosis is called“blepharoptosis”,also known as“blepharoptosis bradyptosis”.This disease has congenital and acquired differences.This paper discusses the treatment of blepharoptosis caused by myasthenia gravis.Professor Shi Jing treats OMG from multiple perspectives,pays attention to strengthening Yang and promoting governor vessel circulation,invigorating spleen and stomach,and combines structural acupuncture and anatomy to achieve good clinical efficacy.Through classic cases,the clinical diagnosis and treatment process of OMG was reshown to show treatment thoughts.
