运用疏调气机汤治疗亚临床甲状腺毒症

摘　　要：浅析国医大师张震“疏调气机,一体两翼”理论学说,运用疏调气机汤治疗亚临床甲状腺毒症。亚临床甲状腺毒症与情志因素密切相关,其核心病机为肝郁气滞。肝气失疏,继而影响脾肾功能,化生痰瘀结于颈前发病。疏调气机汤治疗亚临床甲状腺毒症,重在疏肝理气,调畅情志、解郁安神,疏调气机同时活血清热、化痰消积,在临床上获得良好疗效。附验案一则。Analyzing the theory and doctrine of National Physician Zhang Zhen s“Regulating qi,One body and Two wings”,and treating subclinical thyrotoxicosis with shutiao qiji decoction.Subclinical thyrotoxicosis is closely related to emotional factors,and its core pathology is liver depression and stagnation of qi.Liver qi is out of control,which in turn affects the functions of the spleen and kidney,resulting in phlegm stagnation in the front of the neck.In the treatment of subclinical thyrotoxicosis,shutiao qiji decoction focuses on dredging the liver and regulating the qi,regulating the emotion and mood,relieving depression and tranquilizing the mind,dredging and regulating the qi,while activating the blood and clearing the heat,resolving the phlegm and eliminating the accumulation of stagnant phlegm,which has gained a good therapeutic effect in the clinic.A case is attached.
