基于数据挖掘探析姜丽娟教授治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症组方用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘软件中医传承计算平台(V3.5)分析姜丽娟教授治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症的组方用药规律。方法:收集2019年7月至2023年10月姜丽娟教授门诊符合薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者的首诊病历资料,利用关联规则、聚类分析等方法,分析数据,总结中药频次、归经、性味及药对组合,挖掘核心处方,探讨用药规律。结果:共纳入156张处方,包含101味中药,高频药物为党参、菟丝子、补骨脂等药;药物四气以温为主;五味以甘为首;归经以肾、脾、肝经为主;频次较高的药物组合为党参、菟丝子、补骨脂等;挖掘新处方3个。结论:姜丽娟教授治疗本病以“补其不足,损其有余”为原则,补先后天之脾肾以填精益气养膜,疏气郁、化痰湿、祛瘀血等病理产物以求阴阳调和,标本同治。Objective Based on the data mining software Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Calculation Platform(V3.5),analyze the prescription and medication rules of Professor Jiang Lijuan in the treatment of thin endometrium infertility.Method Collect the first visit medical records of patients with thin endometrium infertility in Professor Jiang Lijuan s outpatient department from July 2019 to October 2023.Use association rules,cluster analysis,and other methods to analyze the data,summarize the frequency,meridians,characteristics,and combinations of traditional Chinese medicine,explore core prescriptions,and explore medication patterns.Result A total of 156 prescriptions and 101 traditional Chinese medicines were included,with high-frequency drugs including Codonopsis pilosula,Dodder seed,and Fructus Psoraleae;The four gases of medicine are mainly warm;The five flavors are led by sweetness;The main meridians are the kidney,spleen,and liver meridians;The drug combinations with higher frequency include Codonopsis pilosula,Dodder seed,and Psoralea;Explore 3 new prescriptions.Conclusion Professor Jiang Lijuan s treatment of this disease follows the principle of“supplementing the deficiency and damaging the excess”,supplementing the spleen and kidneys in the first and second days to fill the essence,nourish the qi and nourish the membrane,and promote the harmony of yin and yang through pathological products such as qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,and blood stasis,with the same treatment for both symptoms and symptoms.
