摘　　要：针对定形机目前能源利用率较低的情况,从中低压蒸汽合理利用、冷凝汽/水的回用、废气的热能回收以及定形机除尘器智能节能控制等多个环节开展能源的节能利用探讨,降低电耗汽耗,实现企业的绿色可持续发展。In view of the current low efficient energy use of the shaping machine,energy-saving utilization of ener-gy is explored from multiple aspects such as rational utilization of medium and low pressure steam,reuse of condensed steam and water,heat recovery of exhaust gas,and intelligent energy-saving control of the setting machine dust collector,in order to reduce electricity and steam consumption and achieve green and sustainable development of the enterprise.
