摘 要:为完善儿童手部特征数据库,优化儿童手部防护产品,利用电子数显卡尺和软皮尺测量了480名河南地区3~6岁学龄前儿童的27项手部尺寸,运用Spss软件分析了不同年龄段儿童的手部差异,并据此制定手部号型。基于优化号型设计儿童防护手套,并建立综合得分评价模型,验证了设计的防护手套性能较好,为手部防护产品设计提供参考。In order to improve the characteristic database of children’s hands and optimize children’s hand protec-tion products,27 hand sizes of 480 preschool children aged 3-6 in Henan were measured by electronic digital calipers and soft tape measures.The differences of children’s hands in different ages were analyzed by Spss software,and hand sizes were determined accordingly.Based on the optimized size design of children’s protective gloves,a comprehensive score evaluation model was established to verify the performance of the designed protective gloves,and provide a reference for the design of hand protective products.
