摘 要:闪烁晶体的光输出性能会受到晶体温度的影响。掺铈钆镓铝石榴石(Gd_(3)(Ga,Al)_(5)O_(12)∶Ce,GAGG∶Ce)闪烁晶体在医学成像、辐射监测、高能物理等领域应用广泛。为研究GAGG∶Ce晶体光输出的温度特性,本文设计了晶体温度为单一变量的实验,测量了GAGG∶Ce晶体在-30~60℃、121.8~1112.1 keV的7个能量γ射线的全能峰峰位随温度的变化,得到了GAGG∶Ce晶体光输出随温度的变化曲线,并分析了晶体光输出与温度的线性关系;采用一次函数拟合了不同温度下121.8~1112.1 keV的7个能量与γ谱线相应道址的能量线性,其线性拟合的决定系数R^(2)大于0.9999,证明了GAGG∶Ce晶体具备良好的能量线性。The light output performance of scintillation crystals can be affected by the temperature of the crystal.Gd_(3)(Ga,Al)_(5)O_(12)∶Ce(GAGG∶Ce)scintillation crystals are widely used in medical imaging,radiation monitoring,high-energy physics,and other fields.To study the temperature dependence of the light output of GAGG∶Ce crystals,this paper designed an experiment with crystal temperature as a single variable.The full energy peak position of seven energy levels of γ-rays ranging from 121.8 keV to 1112.1 keV was measured within the temperature range of -30℃ to 60℃.The curve of the light output of GAGG∶Ce crystals changing with temperature was obtained,and the linear relationship between the light output of the crystal and temperature was analyzed.A linear function was used to fit the energy linearity of the corresponding channel positions for seven energies ranging from 121.8 keV to 1112.1 keV at different temperatures.The determination coefficient R2 of the linear fit was greater than 0.9999,demonstrating that GAGG∶Ce crystals have good energy linearity.
