摘  要:钢筋的锈蚀极大地缩短了混凝土结构的寿命。在电迁移阻锈剂的基础上,提出一种电迁移、电沉积双效修复方法,以修复锈蚀钢筋,避免二次腐蚀的发生。通过电化学阻抗谱测试、氯离子滴定法评估了双效修复效果。采用毛细吸水试验评价了双效修复对砂浆性能的影响,采用XRD和SEM测试分析了双效修复的作用机理。结果显示,双效修复显著降低了砂浆内部氯离子含量,修复后钢筋耐腐蚀性能提高了2个数量级,乙醇胺+硫酸镁展现出最好的修复效果。此外,电沉积修复后,砂浆致密性增强,硫酸镁沉积作用最明显。The corrosion of steel reinforcement significantly shortens the lifespan of concrete structures.Based on electrochemical migration rust inhibitors,a dual-effect repair method involving the use of both electrochemical migration and electrodeposition is proposed to repair corroded steel reinforcement and prevent secondary corrosion.The dual-effect repair effects were assessed through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests and chloride ion titration.The impact of dual-effect repair on the mortar performance was evaluated through capillary water absorption tests.The underlying mechanisms of dual-effect repair were analyzed using XRD and SEM tests.The results demonstrate that dual-effect repair significantly reduces chloride ion content inside the mortar.The corrosion resistance of the steel reinforcement improves by two orders of magnitude after repair,with ethanolamine+magnesium sulfate exhibiting the best repair performance.Additionally,after electrodeposition repair,the mortar’s compactness is enhanced,and the magnesium sulfate deposition is most pronounced.
