摘 要:氯氧镁水泥较普通硅酸盐水泥制备过程耗能低,CO_(2)产生少,而余泥是我国大宗固废之一,利用氯氧镁水泥固化余泥是实现余泥资源化利用更为绿色的途径。以余泥初始含水率和氯氧镁水泥掺量为变量,以固化后的抗压强度、抗折强度为评价指标,进行氯氧镁水泥固化余泥配合比研究;以粉煤灰和硅灰作为氯氧镁水泥的混合材,研究其对固化后余泥的力学性能和耐水性能的影响。实验结果表明:氯氧镁水泥固化余泥,余泥初始含水率为16%,氯氧镁水泥掺量为20%,氯氧镁水泥中混合材取代率为10%时结果较好。明确了氯氧镁水泥固化余泥的机理及可行性。The preparation process of magnesium oxychloride cement consumes less energy and produces less CO_(2) compared with ordinary Portland cement,and residual mud is one of the bulk solid wastes in China.Using magnesium oxychloride cement to solidify residual mud is a greener way to achieve resource utilization of residual mud.Using the initial moisture content of the residual mud and the amount of magnesium oxychloride cement as variables,and the compressive strength and flexural strength after solidification as evaluation indicators,this study investigates the mix ratios in the solidification of residual mud with magnesium oxychloride cement.Fly ash and silica fume are used as admixtures for magnesium oxychloride cement,and the effects of these admixtures on the mechanical properties and water resistance of solidified residual mud are studied.The experimental results show that when the initial moisture content of the residual mud is 16%,the content of magnesium oxychloride cement is 20%and the substitution rate of admixtures in magnesium oxychloride cement is 10%,the results of using magnesium oxychloride cement to solidify residual mud are better.The mechanism and feasibility of solidifying residual mud with magnesium oxychloride cement have been clarified.
