摘 要:低温是制约空气源热泵在我国西北地区高效运行和稳定供热的关键因素,而复叠式空气源热泵机组具有较好的低温适应性。为了探究复叠式空气源热泵机组在西北地区的工程应用效果,依托青海省海东市某政府大楼变频复叠式空气源热泵供暖示范项目进行了现场实测,分析了复叠式空气源热泵机组典型低温工况、典型高温工况运行和长期运行工况下的运行性能,以及环境与经济效益。结果表明:在典型低温工况与典型高温工况下运行,测试机组分别存在“无霜除霜”和频繁启停现象,系统平均制热性能系数分别达到了2.13和3.58;在长期运行工况下,测试机组表现出良好的长期持续供热能力和性能,系统平均制热性能系数达到2.62,同时机组表现出良好的环境效益和经济效益,相较于传统形式供暖系统CO_(2)减排量为57.2 kg/(a·m^(2)),SO_(2)减排量为0.46 kg/(a·m^(2)),粉尘减排量为0.23 kg/(a·m^(2)),供暖节约费用44.2元/(a·m^(2))。Low temperature is the key factor that restricts the efficient operation and stable heating of air source heat pump in the northwest of our country,but cascade air source heat pump units have better adaptability to low temperature.In order to explore the engineering application effect of cascade air source heat pump unit in northwest China,this paper takes as an example the demonstration heating project which uses frequency converting-cascade air source heat pump in a government building in Haidong City,Qinghai Province to carry out field measurement and analyze the operation performance of the cascade air source heat pump unit under typical low temperature conditions,typical high temperature conditions and long-term operation conditions,as well as its environmental and economic benefits.The results show that under typical low temperature and typical high temperature conditions,the unit has the phenomena of“defrosting without frost”and frequent start-stop,and the average energy efficiency of the system reaches 2.13 and 3.58 respectively.Under long-term operation conditions,the unit shows good long-term sustainable heating capacity and performance,and the average energy efficiency of the unit system reaches 2.62,exhibiting good environmental and economic benefits.Compared with traditional heating systems,the CO_(2) emission reduction rate of the cascade air source heat pump unit is 57.2 kg/(a·m^(2)),the SO_(2) emission reduction rate is 0.46 kg/(a·m^(2)),the dust emission reduction rate is 0.23 kg/(a·m^(2)),and the heating cost saving is 44.2 Yuan/(a·m^(2)).
