摘　　要：健康行为改变整合理论可帮助糖尿病患者有效控制血糖水平, 预防并发症以及提高生活质量, 实现健康目标。本文就健康行为改变整合理论的概念、理论内容、应用现状、在糖尿病患者自我管理中的应用效果以及不足等进行综述, 以期为更多的糖尿病管理者提供思路。The integrated theory of health behavior change can help diabetic patients effectively control blood glucose levels,prevent complications,improve quality of life,and achieve health goals.In this paper,the integrated theory of health behavior change is summarized in terms of its overview,theoretical content,application status,application effects and shortcomings of self-management for diabetic patients,so as to provide ideas for more diabetic managers.
