摘　　要：法治文明是人类在生产生活和社会治理实践中,基于政治文明、社会文明、精神文明而形成的特殊文明形态。习近平法治思想以历史为镜、以文明为观,从政治文明、社会文明、精神文明等维度证成了法治文明概念,它考察了世界法治文明和中华法治文明的发展道路,提出了在现代化、全球化、数字化背景下创新法治文明的路径方法,形成了广博渊综、自成体系、意境深远的法治文明论。这一理论是习近平法治思想和习近平文化思想共同的、交互的理论成果,包含着法治文明概念论、世界法治文明论、中华法治文明论、法治文明创新论四个理论板块。The civilization of the rule of law is a special form of civilization that humans have developed.It is based on political,social,and spiritual civilization in the practice of production,life,and social governance.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law takes history as a mirror and civilization as an outlook,and justifies the concept of the rule of law civilization from dimensions such as political civilization,social civilization,and spiritual civilization.Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law examines the development paths of global and Chinese legal civilizations,and proposes approaches and methods for innovating legal civilization under the contexts of modernization,globalization,and digitalization,forming a comprehensive,systematic,and profound legal civilization theory with broad and deep implications.This theory is the common,interactive theoretical outcomes of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.It includes four theoretical sections:the concept of rule of law civilization,the theory of world rule of law civilization,the theory of Chinese rule of law civilization,and the theory of innovation of rule of law civilization.
