摘 要:环北广西工程输水隧洞共44座,总长167.36 km,地形地质条件复杂,为加快隧洞施工进度和降低施工难度,结合主洞的布置,通过设置施工支洞,增加工作面,实现“长洞短打”,以实现利于隧洞通风、排烟、出渣和缩短工期等目的。本文以环北广西工程郁江宾阳片周村至桃源隧洞为例,介绍了钻爆法、TBM法、盾构法、顶管法、悬臂式掘进机法等不同隧洞施工工法,从地形地质条件适应性、掘进速度、对周围建筑影响和安全性、工程投资等方面对隧洞施工方案进行综合比选,为同类型重大水利工程长隧洞施工工法选择提供借鉴和参考。Guangxi Water Resources Allocation Project around Beibu Gulf has 44 water conveyance tunnels with a total length of 167.36km.The terrain and geological conditions are complex.In order to accelerate the construction progress and reduce the construction difficulty of the tunnel,combined with the layout of main tunnel,construction adits are designed to increase the working face and achieve the goal of long tunnel being constructed by short boring length,which is conducive to tunnel ventilation,smoke exhaust,slag discharge,and shorten the construction period.Taking the Zhoucun to Taoyuan tunnel in the Binyang subzone of Guangxi Water Resources Allocation Project around Beibu Gulf as an example,an introduction was made on different tunnel construction methods such as drilling and blasting method,TBM method,shield tunneling method,pipe jacking method,and cantilever tunneling machine method.The tunnel construction schemes were compared and selected from the aspects of terrain and geological conditions adaptability,excavation speed,impact on surrounding buildings,safety and engineering investment.
