摘  要:水下混凝土拆除及钢筋切割通常需要工人潜水作业,具有危险性大、耗时长、成本高等特点。为解决上述问题,本文介绍了某船业公司实施高强度预应力管桩水压爆破拆除工法。论述了其工艺原理及拆除布置、爆破条件及参数设计、爆破方案选择。该方法在安全性、控制飞石、提高施工效率、缩短工期、节约成本等方面优势显著。Underwater concrete demolition and steel bar cutting usually require workers to dive,which is highly dangerous,time-consuming and costly.In order to solve the above mentioned problems,an introduction is made on the hydraulic blasting demolition method of high-strength pre-stressed pipe piles which is adopted by a shipping company,including the technical principles,demolition layout,blasting conditions,parameter design,blasting plan selection etc.This method has significant advantages in safety,controlling flying rock,improving construction efficiency,shortening construction period and saving cost.
