摘  要:由于风电自身属于反调峰电源,对接入地电网带来调峰压力,因此风电场的接入系统应考虑当地的电网负荷及电网季节性发电量等涉及电网调峰的实际情况。本文以广西桂林葫芦顶风电场项目为例,依据风电场的装机容量规模、建设进度以及结合风电场近区电网和其他风电场规划建设的情况,考虑丰水期、枯水期、大负荷、小负荷情况下的影响,并以2025年4种情况下风电场接入系统的潮流计算为依据,提出风电场接入系统方案,并对各方案进行经济技术比较论证,得出最终方案。Because wind power itself belongs to anti-peak regulating power supply,it brings peak regulating pressure to the connected power grid.Therefore,the design of wind power project connecting to power system should take into account the actual situation of power grid peak regulation such as the loads of local grid and seasonal power generation.Taking Huluding Wind Power Project in Guilin City,Guangxi as an example,the factors taken into account include the installed capacity and construction schedule of the project,the planning and construction of nearby power grid and other wind power projects,the impact of flood season,dry season,high load and low load conditions;schemes of the wind power project connecting to power grid were proposed based on the power flow calculation of the connecting system under four conditions in 2025;the final scheme was determined after the economic and technical aspects of various schemes were compared.
