摘　　要：运用文献资料、实地调研等方法,探析我国户外运动产业高质量发展的样态、困境,并提出高质量发展路径。样态:政策驱动保障产业发展,消费升级扩大产业规模,用户细分挖掘市场潜力,协同创新强化产业供应链,数字服务提升消费体验。困境:政策供给体系仍需健全,自然资源开放程度有限,产品供需不匹配,配套服务不完善,信息技术应用不足。路径:细化专项供给政策,建立监督反馈机制;建立跨部门联席制度,强化资源管理力度;刺激企业研发创新,丰富活动内容供给;创新人才培养系统,完善配套保障体系;注重信息平台建设,推广数字化场景应用。By using the methods of literature review and field investigation,this paper analyzed the pattern and difficulty of high-quality development of outdoor sports industry in China,and put forward the high-quality development path.Pattern:Policy-driven guarantees industrial development,consumption upgrading expands industrial scale,user segmentation taps market potential,collaborative innovation strengthens industrial supply chain,and digital services enhance consumer experience.Difficulty:The policy supply system still needs to be improved,the degree of openness of natural resources is limited,the supply and demand of products do not match,the supporting services are imperfect,and the application of information technology is insuffi cient.Path:We should refi ne special supply policies to establish supervision and feedback mechanisms,establish a cross-departmental joint system to strengthen resource management,stimulate the R&D and innovation of enterprises to enrich the supply of activity content,and pay attention to the construction of information platform to promote the application of digital scenarios.
