摘　　要：构建科学、完备、自主的铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语体系不可能一蹴而就,需要遵循系统谋划、分类推进、有机整合的建设策略,有意识地将建设进程精细划分为话语结构分析、话语类型建设与话语体系合成三个环节是合理选择。话语结构分析对应于系统谋划阶段,通过科学系统的分析来厘清铸牢中华民族共同体意识话语体系的逻辑结构和框架结构,进而在整体把握话语体系的基础上确立话语建设的维度与方式。话语类型建设对应于分类推进阶段,依据功能主旨可将铸牢中华民族共同体意识相关话语区分为政治制度话语、理论学术话语、宣传教育话语、政策法规话语四种类型来推进精细化建设,其中政治制度话语侧重讲政治,理论学术话语侧重讲逻辑,宣传教育话语侧重讲情感,政策法规话语侧重讲规则。话语体系合成对应于有机整合阶段,通过消除话语失衡、话语隔绝、话语冲突、话语错配等各类不良现象,将四种各有侧重的话语类型贯通成为相互配合、彼此支撑的话语系统,共同服务于中华民族共同体建设的多维需求。Building a scientific,comprehensive,and independent discourse system on forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation can't be done overnight,which requires adhering to a construction strategy of systematic planning,categorized advancement,and organic integration.Furthermore,consciously dividing the construction process into three stages of discourse structural analysis,discourse type construction,and discourse systematic synthesis is a reasonable choice.Discourse structural analysis corresponds to systematic planning,which refers to the scientific and systematic analysis on the logical and frame structures of the discourse system of forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation,with the aim of establishing the dimensions and modes of discourse construction on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the discourse system.Discourse type construction corresponds to categorized advancement,which is to classify the related discourse of forging the sense of community for the Chinese nation into four types based on its function,namely,political institutional discourse,theoretical academic discourse,propaganda and education discourse,and policy and legal discourse.Among them,political institutional discourse emphasizes politics,theoretical academic discourse emphasizes logic,propaganda and education discourse emphasizes emotions,and policy and legal discourse emphasizes rules.Discourse systematic synthesis corresponds to organic integration,in which various undesirable phenomena such as imbalance in discourse,isolation of discourse,conflict in discourse,and mismatch in discourse are eliminated,and the four types of discourse with different emphases are integrated into a discourse system that supports and complements each other,serving the multidimensional needs of the construction of community for the Chinese nation.
