定眩合剂联合耳穴埋豆治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察定眩合剂联合耳穴埋豆治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的痰浊中阻型眩晕患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各30例。对照组采用甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用定眩合剂和耳穴埋豆,治疗周期均为2周。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分及DHI量表评分均较治疗前下降(P﹤0.05),且治疗组各评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:定眩合剂联合耳穴埋豆治疗痰浊中阻型眩晕疗效较好,可明显减轻中医证候严重程度与眩晕严重程度。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dingxuan mixture and auricular point sticking on vertigo with syndrome of phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-jiao.Methods:60 cases of eligible patients with vertigo with syndrome of phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-jiao were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate,while the treatment group was treated plus with Dingxuan mixture and auricular point sticking on the basis of control group.For both groups,the treatment cycle was 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).In both groups after treatment,TCM syndrome scores and DHI scale score were decreased compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.05),and each score of treatment group was lower than that of control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Dingxuan mixture and auricular point sticking on vertigo with syndrome of phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-jiao is better,which can obviously reduce the severity of TCM syndromes and vertigo.
