液化益精汤治疗精液液化异常不育症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察液化益精汤治疗男性精液液化异常不育症的临床疗效。方法:采用前瞻性、随机分组、标准对照的研究方法,将符合纳入标准的肾阴虚弱、湿热瘀滞型精液液化异常不育症患者240例,随机分成两组各120例。对照组予左氧氟沙星片、维生素C片、硫酸锌片口服,治疗组在对照组基础上联合液化益精汤口服,疗程均为30天。观察两组治疗前后精液质量指标的变化及两组治疗后患者配偶受孕情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为89.66%,对照组总有效率为50.00%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后治疗组配偶妊娠率(62.93%)明显高于对照组(24.14%)。治疗后,治疗组精液液化时间、精子存活率、精子活动力与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);且治疗组精液液化时间、精子存活率、精子活动力明显优于对照组(P﹤0.01)。结论:液化益精汤治疗精液液化异常不育症可改善精液质量,促进液化,疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yehua Yijing decoction on male abnormal sperma liquefaction-induced infertility.Methods:240 cases of eligible patients with abnormal sperma liquefaction-induced infertility with syndromes of deficiency of kidney-yin and stagnation of damp-heat were randomly divided into two groups by prospective,randomized grouping and standard-controlled research method,120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin tablets,vitamin C tablets and zinc sulfate tablets orally,while the treatment group was treated plus with oral Yehua Yijing decoction on the basis of control group.For both groups,the course of treatment was 30 days.The changes of semen quality indexes was observed in two groups before and after treatment,and the pregnancy situation of patients'spouses was also observed in two groups after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 89.66%in treatment group and 50.00%in control group respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The pregnancy rate of spouses of treatment group was 62.93%after treatment,which was significantly higher than 24.14%of control group.Compared the semen liquefaction time,sperm survival rate and sperm motility of treatment group after treatment with pre-treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01);and the semen liquefaction time,sperm survival rate and sperm motility of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:Yehua Yijing decoction for treating abnormal sperma liquefaction-induced infertility can improve semen quality and promote semen liquefaction,and its clinical efficacy is better.
