针刺运动疗法治疗腰肌劳损临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺运动疗法治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组予常规取穴针刺,治疗组在对照组的基础上取单侧腰痛点针刺并活动腰部。两组均每周治疗5次,共治疗2周。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效变化,疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及简化Oswestry功能障碍指标问卷量表(简化ODI)评分的情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.10%,明显高于对照组的78.57%(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05),且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组患者简化ODI评分均较治疗前降低(P﹤0.05),且治疗组简化ODI评分低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:针刺运动疗法可明显缓解腰肌劳损患者疼痛及改善腰部功能障碍。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of needling-exercise therapy on lumbar muscle strain.Methods:60 cases of patients with lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine needling at selected acupoints,while the treatment group was treated plus by needling at selected unilateral lumbago points and exercising waist on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated 5 times a week,for 2 weeks.Changes of clinical efficacy,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Oswestry disability index(simplified ODI)score were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.10%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%of control group(P﹤0.05).In both groups after treatment,VAS score of patients was lower than pre-treatment(P﹤0.05),and VAS score of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05);simplified ODI score of patients was lower than pre-treatment(P﹤0.05),and simplified ODI score of treatment group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needling-exercise therapy can obviously relieve the pain of patients with lumbar muscle strain and improve lumbar dysfunction.
