化肥和腐殖酸复混肥配施对侧柏苗木生长及氮代谢影响  

Effects of combined application of chemical fertilizers and humic acid compound fertilizer on the growth and nitrogen metabolism of Platycladus orientalis seedlings

摘　　要：为了减少化肥用量,增加腐殖酸复混肥用量,促进苗木生长,对1年生侧柏苗木施化肥、化肥与腐殖酸复混肥,研究化肥与腐殖酸复混肥配施对苗木生长和氮代谢的影响。结果表明:施肥处理均促进了苗木生长,提升了苗木的硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶、谷氨酸合成酶活性,提高了苗木的氨基酸含量。6-7月份施化肥的苗木生长较快,氮代谢水平高;8-9月份施化肥与腐殖酸复混肥的苗木生长加快,氮代谢水平高于施化肥处理,其中每株施尿素0.14 g、重过磷酸钙0.10 g、硫酸钾0.23 g、腐殖酸复混肥8 g的处理,其苗高、地径、酶活性和氨基酸含量均高于施化肥处理。综合分析认为,侧柏育苗中每株施用尿素0.14 g、重过磷酸钙0.10 g、硫酸钾0.23 g、腐殖酸复混肥8 g效果较好。In order to reduce the usage of chemical fertilizers,increase the application of humic acid compound fertilizer,and promote the growth of seedlings,this study investigated the effects of combined application of chemical fertilizers and humic acid compound fertilizer on the growth and nitrogen metabolism of one-year-old Platycladus orientalis seedlings by applying chemical fertilizers alone and in combination with humic acid compound fertilizer.The results showed that all fertilization treatments promoted seedling growth,enhanced the activities of nitrate reductase,nitrite reductase,glutamine synthetase,and glutamate synthetase,and increased the amino acid content in seedlings.Seedlings fertilized with chemical fertilizers grew faster and had higher nitrogen metabolism levels during June and July.In August and September,seedlings fertilized with both chemical fertilizers and humic acid compound fertilizer grew faster and had higher nitrogen metabolism levels than those fertilized with chemical fertilizers alone.Among them,the treatment with 0.14 g of urea,0.10 g of triple superphosphate,0.23 g of potassium sulfate,and 8 g of humic acid compound fertilizer per seedling showed higher seedling height,ground diameter,enzyme activities,and amino acid content compared to the treatment with only chemical fertilizers.Based on a comprehensive analysis,it is recommended to apply 0.14 g of urea,0.10 g of triple superphosphate,0.23 g of potassium sulfate,and 8 g of humic acid compound fertilizer per seedling during the cultivation of Platycladus orientalis seedlings.
