高边墙断面隧道锚杆作用的分析与研究

摘　　要：传统矿山法隧道通常采用扁平率在0.6~0.75范围的“矮胖”断面形式,但单洞双层隧道采用“瘦高”断面形式的扁平率往往大于1.0,超出了现行规范[1-2]的适用条件。针对高边墙断面隧道的围岩变形与支护内力进行了分析研究,得出高边墙范围内锚杆的受力及作用如下:(1)可以有效降低高边墙范围的围岩塑性区分布范围,提高围岩的稳定性;(2)可以有效减小高边墙范围围岩的水平位移及喷射混凝土支护的弯矩;(3)高边墙中部锚杆拉力值最大,两端朝着拱顶及仰拱方向的锚杆拉力值呈现逐渐降低的趋势。通过现场监测反馈的数据进行相互印证。由此可得出如下结论:通过在高边墙范围内设置长短相间的锚杆,可以对隧道围岩形成有效的“约束”,提升隧道的整体稳定性及安全性。这些成果为高边墙断面隧道的设计和施工提供了借鉴意义。The form of“squat”section with flat rate in the range of 0.6~0.75 is usually adopted for the traditional mine tunnel,but the flatness ratio of the single-hole double-layer tunnel with the"thin and tall"section form is often greater than 1.0,which exceeds the applicable conditions of the current code.The deformation of surrounding rock and internal force of support in tunnel with high sidewall section are analyzed and studied.The stress and action of anchor rod in the range of high side wall are achieved as follows:(1)The distribution range of surrounding rock plastic zone in the range of high side wall can be effectively reduced,and the stability of surrounding rock can be improved.(2)The horizontal displacement of surrounding rock in the range of high side wall and the bending moment of shotcrete support can be effectively reduced.(3)The tension value of the anchor rod in the middle of the high side wall is the largest,and the tension value of the anchor rod at both ends towards the vault and inverted arch shows a decreasing trend.The on-site monitoring feedback data are used to verify each other.The following conclusion can be drawn from this that the effective"constraint"of tunnel surrounding rock can be formed by setting long and short anchor rods in the range of high side wall,which improves the whole stability and safety of the tunnel.These achievements provide the reference significance for the design and construction of high side wall section tunnels.
