摘 要:刚性副车架无法完全体现本身弹性变形对汽车运动的影响。采用Hypermesh对前副车架进行柔性化处理,并生成刚柔耦合的整车模型。利用比利时路谱对整车模型进行直线仿真,得出刚柔耦合整车的质心处横向、侧向和垂向加速度,并将其与装有刚性前副车架的整车仿真数据作对比。结果表明,刚柔耦合整车的质心处加速度更小,能够更大程度地体现柔性化前副车的架弹性变形对汽车运动的影响。The rigid subframe cannot fully reflect the impact of its own elastic deformation on the movement of the car.Hypermesh was used to flex the front subframe and generate a rigid-flex coupling vehicle model.The linear simulation of the vehicle model was carried out using the Belgian road spectrum,and the lateral,lateral and vertical accelerations at the centroid of the rigid-flexible coupling vehicle were obtained,and compared with the simulation data of the vehicle equipped with a rigid front subframe.The results show that the acceleration at the center of mass of the rigid-flexible coupling vehicle is smaller,which can reflect the influence of the elastic deformation of the frame of the flexible front sub-vehicle on the motion of the vehicle to a greater extent.
