摘  要:选取了排量为13 L和3.8 L的两台不同技术路线的、满足国四排放标准的非道路柴油机,开展了基于非四瞬态循环(NRTC)和非道路低负荷应用循环(LLAC)的排放试验,对比分析了两种循环下氮氧化物(NO_(x))的排放特性,结果表明:两种技术路线发动机在LLAC循环下的NO_(x)排放均有明显增加,且均有超过非四标准排放限值的风险。但LLAC循环对EGR技术路线发动机NO_(x)排放的影响明显小于SCR技术路线发动机。国内应进一步加强对非道路移动源实际工况排放测试的研究。Two non-road diesel engines of different technical routes,respectively 13 L and 3.8 L,meeting the National IV emission standard,were selected to carry out emission tests based on non-four transient cycle(NRTC)and non-road low load application cycle(LLAC),and the emission characteristics of nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))under the two cycles were compared and analyzed.The results showed that:The NO_(x)emission of the engines of the two technical routes increased significantly under the LLAC cycle,and there was a risk of exceeding the non-IV standard emission limit.However,the effect of LLAC cycle on NO_(x)emission of EGR technology route engine is significantly smaller than that of SCR technology route engine.The research on the emission test of non-road mobile source should be further strengthened.
