摘 要:选用以当量比+EGR+TWC和当量比+TWC为技术路线两种燃气机为研究对象,以G_(R)和G_(25)为燃料进行冷热态WHTC试验,分别进行了在相同技术路线下燃气机两种燃料对比和使用同一燃料的两种不同技术路线的燃气机的试验对比研究。经研究可知:两种不同技术路线的燃气机在冷态的气耗均大于热态;NO_(x)、CH 4的正常排放值冷态WHTC大于热态;燃气机的原始排放没有NH 3的排放,在TWC转化原始排气的时候会产生NH 3的排放,冷态WHTC下的NH 3的排放要小于热态NH 3的排放。燃气机使用G_(25)作为燃料时相较于G_(R)作为燃料时燃烧压力和温度降低,G_(25)的NO_(x)原始排放值小于G_(R)。Two types of gas engines with EQ+EGR+TWC and EQ+TWC as the technical route were chosen as the research objects,using G_(R)and G_(25)as fuel,the cold and hot state WHTC tests were carried out,and the comparison between two fuels of gas engine under the same technical route and two different technical routes of gas engine using the same fuel were carried out.The results show that the gas consumption in the cold state is greater than that in the hot state,the normal emission values of NO_(x)and CH 4 in the cold state are greater than that in the hot state,the original emission of the gas engine has no NH 3 emission,the NH 3 emission is produced when the TWC is converted to the original exhaust,and the NH 3 emission in the cold state of WHTC is less than that in the hot state.The combustion pressure and temperature of gas engine using G_(25)are lower than those using G_(R),and the original NO_(x)emission of G_(25)is lower than that of G_(R).
