摘  要:某型发动机检修时发现TC6钛合金风扇叶片表面局部有聚集白色点状异常特征,将叶片拆解下来进行宏观、微观、金相、能谱等理化检查,对白色点状异常及叶片基体热影响区深度进行分析及白色点状异常的复现,结果表明该白色点状异常为打磨叶片时基体飞溅形成的附着物。通过对钛合金叶片表面附着物的分析及故障叶片的返修,为后续发动机叶片表面异常情况的分析、处理及提升叶片表面质量提供了借鉴意义。During the maintenance of a certain type of engine,it was found that the local surface of TC6 titanium alloy fan blades had the characteristics of clustered white spotty anomalies.The blades were disassembled for physical and chemical inspection including macro,micro,metallographic,energy spectrum,etc.The white spotty anomalies were reproduced.The results show that the white spot anomaly is the attachment formed by the substrate splashing when polishing the blade.Through the analysis of the attachments on the surface of titanium alloy blade and the repair of the faulty blade,it provides a reference for the analysis and treatment of the abnormal situation of the improvement of the blade surface quality.
