摘 要:铁道车辆轮对压装过程中常出现压装力不足、压装跳吨及检压发生位移等异常现象,本文对压装标准进行了对比分析,并对异常的引发因素进行了研究,根据分析研究情况对轮轴配合面摩擦系数、轮轴配合过盈量、轮轴配合面静动摩擦系数差值、动车轮对齿轮箱侧车轮压装力及设备测量系统误差等各关键要素给出了具体应对措施,验证表明通过严格调整控制各要素,可显著提高轮对压装合格率。During the pressing process of Railway Vehicles wheel sets,abnormal phenomena such as insufficient pressing force,weight jumping during pressing,and displacement during pressure inspection often occur.This article compares and analyzes the pressing standards,and studies the factors that cause the abnormalities.Based on the analysis and research results,the friction coefficient of the wheel axle mating surface,the interference fit of the wheel axle,and the difference in static and dynamic friction coefficients of the wheel axle mating surface are analyzed Specific measures have been taken to address the key factors such as the pressure installation force of the gearbox side wheels of the high-speed train and the measurement system error needle of the equipment.The verification shows that by strictly adjusting and controlling these factors,the qualified rate of wheel set pressure installation can be significantly improved.
