摘　　要：泌乳激活延迟是产后母乳喂养早期终止的危险因素,发生率较高,对早产儿特别是极低出生体重儿近期和远期的生长发育带来不良影响。该文对泌乳激活延迟的机制、泌乳激活的评估方法和缩短泌乳激活延迟的干预策略进行综述,以期为开展相关研究及制订有效的干预方案提供依据。Delayed lactation activation is a risk factor for early termination of postpartum breastfeeding with high prevalence and adverse effects on the immediate and long-term growth and development of preterm infants,especially very low birth weight infants.This article reviews the delayed lactation activation,evaluation methods of lactation activation in premature mothers and the intervention measures to shorten the delay of lactation activation,in order to provide the basis for the development of relevant studies and the formulation of effective intervention programs.
