益气活血方联合西洛他唑片治疗糖尿病下肢动脉疾病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨益气活血方联合西洛他唑片治疗糖尿病下肢动脉疾病的应用价值。方法 选取2019年6月-2023年11月在天津市武清区中医医院接受西洛他唑片联合益气活血方进行治疗的49例糖尿病下肢动脉疾病患者作为联合用药组,选取同期接受西洛他唑片单独用药治疗的49例糖尿病下肢动脉疾病患者作为单独用药组,比较两组用药后的临床效果。结果 联合用药组治疗总有效率95.92%,高于单独用药组的79.59%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前两组患者中医证候积分、踝肱指数(anklebrachialindex,ABI)、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale for lumbar function,VAS)、跛行距离、健康调查简表(the MOS item short fromhealthsurvey,SF-36)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经治疗两组患者中医证候积分、ABI、VAS、跛行距离、SF-36均得到改善,且治疗后联合用药组患者以上指标改善均优于单独用药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 益气活血方联合西洛他唑片用于治疗糖尿病下肢动脉疾病提升疗效,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application value of YiqiHuoxue Recipe combined with cilostazol tablets for the treatment of diabetic lower limb arterial disease.Methods In this study,49 patients with diabetic lower limb arterial disease who received cilostazol tablets combined with Yiqi and blood-activating formula for treatment in Wuqing District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Tianjin City from June 2019 to November 2023 were selected as the combined medication group,and 49 patients with diabetic lower limb arterial disease who received cilostazol tablets alone for treatment in the same period were selected as the medication alone group,and the comparison was made to The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was 95.92%higher than that of 79.59%in the individual group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the TCM symptom score,ankle brachial index(ABI),visual analogue scale for lumbar function(VAS),claudication distance,and SF-36 between the two groups(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant in the two groups after treatment.After treatment,patients in both groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),and the TCM symptom score,ABI,VAS,claudication distance,and SF-36 improved,and the improvement of the above indexes of patients in the combination group was better than that of the group using medication alone,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The combination of YiqiHuoxue Recipe with cilostazol tablets in the treatment of diabetic lower limb arterial disease improves the therapeutic efficacy and is worthy of popularization.
