普瑞巴林联合伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹伴神经性疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨普瑞巴林联合伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹伴神经性疼痛的临床效果。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年12月锦屏县人民医院收治的老年带状疱疹伴神经性疼痛患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用伐昔洛韦和布洛芬进行治疗,观察组采用伐昔洛韦和普瑞巴林进行治疗。比较两组疼痛、睡眠质量和血清因子的改善情况。结果 治疗后,观察组数字评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数各项目评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组β-内啡肽水平高于对照组,而P物质、白介素-6、白介素-18、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 普瑞巴林联合伐昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹伴神经性疼痛,能够进一步缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量,调节疼痛因子和非特异性炎症因子。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pregabalin combined with famciclovir in the treatment of elderly patients with herpes zoster accompanied by neuropathic pain.Methods Eighty elderly patients with herpes zoster accompanied by neuropathic pain admitted to People’s Hospital of Jinping County from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group were treated with famciclovir and ibuprofen,while the observation group were treated with famciclovir and pregabalin.The improvement of pain,sleep quality,and serum factors between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the numerical score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each item in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels ofβ-endorphin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of substance P,interleukin-6,interleukin-18,and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregabalin combined with famciclovir can further alleviate pain,improve sleep quality,regulate pain factors and non-specific inflammatory factors in elderly patients with herpes zoster accompanied by neuropathic pain.
