摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,数字政府已成为全球公共治理的新趋势。该文在数字政府视角下探讨数据治理体系的建设与发展。通过分析数字政府时代数据治理的重要性,该文构建了数据治理体系的理论框架,并详细阐述了该体系的核心要素。研究表明,构建完善的数据治理体系对于提升政府治理能力、优化公共服务、推动经济社会高质量发展具有重要意义。该文还提出了加强数据共享、提升数据安全、培养专业人才等关键策略,以期为数字政府建设提供理论支持和实践指导。With the rapid development of information technology,digital government has become a new trend in global public governance.This article explores the construction and development of data governance systems from the perspective of digital government.By analyzing the importance of data governance in the era of digital government,this article constructs a theoretical framework for the data governance system and elaborates on the core elements of the system in detail.Research has shown that building a sound data governance system is of great significance for enhancing government governance capabilities,optimizing public services,and promoting high-quality economic and social development.This article also proposes key strategies such as strengthening data sharing,enhancing data security,and cultivating professional talents,in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of digital government.
