摘　　要：作为校园的文献信息中心,图书馆在学校教育中发挥着重要作用。如今,充分利用图书馆馆藏资源,发挥图书馆育人功能,已经成为促进义务教育提质增效的有力支撑。因此,推进图书馆数字资源的建设显得尤为重要。文章聚焦图书馆数字资源建设,以高质量开展音视频信息采集与处理为切入点,探究图书馆数字资源建设的现实意义、工作要求、实践方法,论述图书馆数字资源建设中音视频信息采集与处理要点,为图书馆数字资源建设提供借鉴。As the center of documentary information on campus,the library plays an important role in school education.Nowadays,making full use of the library collection resources and giving play to the library's function of educating people has become a strong support for promoting the improvement and efficiency of compulsory education.Therefore,it is important to promote the construction of digital resources in the library.The article focuses on the construction of digital resources in the library,taking the high-quality development of audio video information acquisition and processing as the breakthrough point,exploring the practical significance,work requirements,and practical methods of the construction of digital resources in the library.It discusses the key points of audio and video information acquisition and processing in the construction of digital resources in the library,providing a reference for the construction of digital resources in library.
