摘　　要：该文针对有色金属企业,设计并实现了一套制造运营指标数字化管理系统。系统以多层级数据采集和计算为核心,融合前沿数字化技术,实时监测生产状态,通过关键指标分析模型和权重系数提供运营评价,助力企业智能化管理持续改进,推动数字化、智能化转型。This paper designs and implements a digital management system for manufacturing operation indicators specifically tailored for non-ferrous metal enterprises.The system,centered around multi-level data collection and computation,integrates cutting-edge digital technologies to monitor production status in real-time.By utilizing key indicator analysis models and weight coefficients,it provides operational evaluations,thereby facilitating intelligent management,continuous improvement,and driving the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises.
