摘 要:为有效应对可再生能源不确定性对综合能源系统调度的影响,多从多时间调度尺度的角度进行研究,然而该方法仅从时域角度设置多时间调度步长而忽视了可再生能源出力的频域信息,且未兼顾不同步长下的热网运行特性。因此,提出了一种考虑热网特性的综合能源系统混合时间尺度调度方法。首先对可再生能源出力信号进行时频分解,基于瞬时频率构建电力调度的分时调度步长函数,形成电网侧的非均匀混合调度步长;然后以电力调度步长为基础,根据不同调度步长下热网运行特性选择不同的热传输模型;最后,通过算例对所提方法的可行性和有效性进行验证。结果表明,所提方法夏季和冬季平均节省成本分别为9.5%和6%;时间节省方面较15 min调度步长分别平均节省47.8%和39.4%,验证了所提方法在降低成本与计算时间方面的有效性。Most studies have been conducted from the perspective of multiple time scheduling scales to address the impact of renewable energy uncertainty on the scheduling of integrated energy systems.However,this method only sets multiple time scheduling steps from a time domain perspective,ignores the frequency domain information of renewable energy output,and does not consider the operational characteristics of the heating network under different time scales.Therefore,in this study,a hybrid time scale scheduling method for integrated energy systems that considers the characteristics of the heating network is proposed.First,time-frequency decomposition is performed on the output signal of renewable energy,and a time-sharing scheduling step function for electricity scheduling is constructed based on instantaneous frequency to form a nonuniformly mixed scheduling step on the grid side.Based on the power scheduling step,different heat transfer models are selected according to the operational characteristics of the heating network under different scheduling steps.Finally,the calculation results show that the proposed method can save an average cost of 9.5%in summer and 6%in winter.The average time savings compared to a 15-min scheduling step are 47.8%in sunny summer and 39.4%in sunny winter,indicating the effectiveness of this method in reducing costs and computing time.
