摘  要:针对大规模新能源孤岛接入柔直送出系统中采用晶闸管控制的交流耗能装置快速动态平衡盈余功率的应用场景,结合换流器直流电压和有功功率两个关键动态性能,提出了功率盈余控制的三个优化目标,设计了基于预测和动态稳压的耗能支路投入以及动态斩波的耗能支路快速低扰退出的优化斩波投切策略。通过张北工程四端双极柔性直流电网仿真系统以及现场动作结果对提出的优化斩波投切策略进行了验证。结果表明,相对固定耗能组数投切策略在故障期间能够减小功率损失,在故障恢复后能够快速退出耗能提高功率恢复速率,在功率盈余期间具有高效的动态稳压特性,有效提升了交流耗能投退过程的系统性能,且耗能优化投切策略的定值选取具有较宽的稳定范围。This paper focus on the application scenario of using thyristor-controlled AC energy consumption devices to quickly and dynamically balance surplus power in VSC-HVDC system with renewable energy integration in island mode.Three optimization objectives for surplus power control were proposed,combining the two key dynamic performances of the DC voltage and active power in the converter.Improved chop-switching strategies,including a switching-on strategy based on prediction as well as dynamic voltage regulation,and an optimized fast low-disturbance switching-off strategy based on chopping,are designed.The proposed improved switching strategy was verified in a four-terminal VSC-HVDC power grid simulation system of the Zhangbei project as well as in an on-site test.The results show that,compared to the fixed-number switching strategy,the improved switching strategy of AC energy-consuming devices can reduce the power loss during the fault period,quickly switch off the energy-consuming device after fault recovery for fast power recovery,dynamically regulate the DC voltage with high efficiency during power-surplus periods,and significantly improve the system performance of the switching process.In addition,the selection of setting values for the improved AC energy consumption switching strategies has a wide stable range.
