摘 要:随着新能源汽车市场的快速发展,汽车动力电池的安全性能受到了前所未有的关注。金属异物的引入可能导致锂离子电池内部短路,增加电池自放电,甚至引发起火安全事故。因此,汽车用锂离子电池生产过程中的金属异物管控尤为重要。本文从人、机、料、法、环5个维度综合分析了锂离子电池生产过程中金属异物的来源,并针对原材料、设备管理、人员操作、生产环境等因素提出一系列管控方法,以改善汽车用锂离子电池金属异物的质量管理,提升汽车动力电池的质量和安全性。With the rapid development of the new energy automotive market,the safety performance of automotive power batteries has attracted unprecedented attention.The introduction of metal impureness may lead to internal short circuits in lithium-ion batteries,increase self-discharge,and even cause fire safety accidents.Therefore,the control of metal impureness during the production process of automotive lithium-ion batteries is particularly important.This article comprehensively analyzes the sources of metal impureness in the production process of lithium-ion batteries from five dimensions:people,machinery,materials,methods,and environment.A series of control methods are proposed for raw materials,equipment management,personnel operations,and environmental factors.It provides improvement experience for the quality management of metal impureness in automotive lithium-ion batteries and enhances the quality and safety of automotive power batteries.
