摘  要:本文设计了一种汽车变速箱壳体高精度走位切换压装设备,将伺服滑台电缸与伺服压装电缸进行集成的高精度压装,通过对压头的兼容性进行优化来实现提升走位精度和切换速度,更好地进行压装控制,满足多样化的壳体装配需求,全面提升生产效率和生产质量。同时,该设计能够有效降低能耗,降低生产过程中的噪声,全面提升设备的环保性和安全性。This paper proposes a high-precision press-fitting equipment based on automotive transmission case assembly by integrating servo slide electric cylinder and servo press-fitting electric cylinder,which improves the alignment accuracy and switching speed by optimising the compatibility of the press head,and provides better press-fitting control to meet the diversified needs of case assembly,and comprehensively improves the production efficiency and production quality.At the same time,the design can effectively reduce energy consumption,reduce the noise in the production process,and comprehensively improve the environmental protection and safety of the equipment.
