摘  要:一种可以降低齿轮振动噪声的细高齿齿轮成为齿轮工业中一个新的研究方向。本文抽取了二级齿轮减速器齿轮系模型,以.x_t格式导入ANSYS软件中进行网格划分,利用ANSYS软件对斜齿轮减速器与细高齿齿轮减速器进行应力分析,得到了两种齿轮系的应力云图,对比结果分析了细高齿齿轮与斜齿轮的应力情况。A kind of thin and high tooth gear that can reduce the vibration and noise of the gear has become a new research direction in the gear industry.In this paper,the gear train model of the two-stage gear reducer is extracted and imported into ANSYS software in.x_t format for meshing,and the stress of the helical gear reducer and the stiletto gear reducer is analyzed by ANSYS software,and the stress contours of the two gear trains are obtained,and the stress of the stiletto and helical gears is analyzed by comparing the results.
