摘 要:在国家“双碳”目标的推动下,汽车动力能源的发展趋向多元化,新能源汽车蓬勃发展。而增程式汽车兼具传统燃油车和纯电汽车的优点,保持了较高的增长率,也是现阶段各大主机厂研究开发的重点。在开发过程中,增程器总成的台架试验不可或缺,依照资源整合的原则,本文研究如何将传统发动机耐久台架改造为兼容增程器总成台架,增加台架的利用率,助力企业降本增效。Driven by the national "dual-carbon" goal,the development of automobile power energy tends to be diversified,and new energy vehicles are booming.Programmable vehicles,which combine the advantages of traditional fuel vehicles and pure electric vehicles,have maintained a high growth rate and are the focus of research and development of major OEMs at this stage.In the development process,the range extender assembly bench test is indispensable,adhering to the principle of resource integration,this paper examines how to transform the traditional engine durability bench into a compatible range extender assembly bench,increase the utilization rate of the bench,and help enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency.
