摘　　要：本文针对汽车B柱内板的冲压成型工艺进行系统分析,探讨了该部件在生产过程中的工艺要求及技术难点。首先,介绍了B柱内板的结构特点及其在整车中的功能,以及材料选择及成型要求。其次,分析了其冲压成型工艺和模具设计;最后,运用有限元分析对模具的强度、刚度和耐久性进行了验证,确保模具设计的合理性与可靠性。本研究为汽车生产提供了科学的工艺指导和模具设计方案,为提高生产效率及产品质量奠定了基础。This paper provides a systematic analysis of the stamping and molding process of the inner plate of the B-pillar of an automobile,and discusses the process requirements and technical difficulties of this part in the production process.Firstly,the structural characteristics of the inner plate of B-pillar and its function in the whole vehicle,as well as the material selection and molding requirements are introduced.Secondly,its press molding process and mold design are analyzed;finally,the strength,stiffness and durability of the mold are verified using finite element analysis to ensure the rationality and reliability of the mold design.This study provides scientific process guidance and mold design scheme for automobile production,and lays the foundation for improving production efficiency and product quality.
