摘 要:本研究的目的是设计和开发一种集成式电子液压制动系统(Onebox系统),以显著提升车辆的制动性能和智能化水平,通过优化制动性能和拓展安全智能化功能,期望解决传统液压制动系统存在的响应慢、结构复杂等问题。首先,本文提出了包括增压、泄压、保压、备份制动等功能的系统方案。其次,设计并优化了关键零部件,包括主缸、踏板模拟器、PSU建压单元、电磁阀等。最后,通过试验测试验证了系统的性能,系统结构相比传统液压真空助力制动系统更加简单、重量更轻,能够替代多个零部件,简化了整车布置。试验数据表明,该系统在各种驾驶条件下均表现出良好的适应性和稳定性,显著提升了车辆的整体制动性能。The purpose of this study is to design and develop an integrated wire-controlled hydraulic brake system(Onebox system) to significantly improve the braking performance and intelligence level of the vehicle.By optimizing braking performance and expanding safety and intelligent functions,we hope to solve the problems of slow response and complex structure of traditional hydraulic brake systems.First,we proposed a system solution including functions such as pressure increase,pressure relief,pressure maintenance and backup braking,and established a mathematical model of the system.Secondly,we designed and optimized key components,including master cylinder,pedal simulator,PSU pressure building unit,solenoid valve and ECU.Finally,the performance of the system was verified through experimental tests.Compared with the traditional hydraulic vacuum booster brake system,the system structure is simpler and lighter,and can replace multiple components,simplifying the vehicle layout.Experimental data show that the system has good adaptability and stability under various driving conditions,significantly improving the overall braking performance of the vehicle.
