摘　　要：本文对基于智能巡检机器人技术的10 kV开关柜自动化转运小车进行了分析和介绍。其以智能巡检机器人技术为基础,以全向背负式AGV底盘为依托,高精度导航与定位为基础稳定的舵轮驱动为保障,从而在10kV开关柜转运过程中可以自动完成对接及相关工艺动作。此外,还介绍了小车的技术参数运行流程和安全机制等方面的情况,结果表明其在提高10 kV开关柜转运过程的自动化水平和操作安全性的同时也具备着广泛的应用前景。In this paper,the 10 kV switchgear automatic transfer trolley based on intelligent inspection robot technology is analyzed and introduced.It is based on intelligent inspection robot technology,relying on the omnidirectional knapsack AGV chassis,based on high-precision navigation and positioning,and guaranteed by stable steering wheel drive,so that the docking and related process actions can be automatically completed in the process of 10 kV switchgear transfer.Then,the technical parameters,operation process and safety mechanism of the trolley are introduced,and the results show that it has a wide application prospect while improving the automation level and operational safety of the 10 kV switchgear transfer process.
