摘　　要：在事业单位车辆保障管理改革的大环境下,公共机构车辆保障工作面临新态势新难题。改革实施后,公共机构的车辆保障规模缩减,引发了供需失衡、运营成本增加、使用效率降低等问题。同时,员工高频流动给车辆安全管理带来了新的考验。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的解决策略,包括合理配置车辆资源、强化成本管理以及提高保障水平,旨在确保在资源有限的前提下,高效地完成各项公务出行任务,同时实现减少费用支出和优化资源分配的目的。Under the general environment of the reform of the management of vehicle protection in public institutions,the work of vehicle protection in public organizations is facing new dynamics and new problems.After the implementation of the reform,the scale of vehicle security in public organizations has been reduced,which has triggered an imbalance between supply and demand,an increase in operating costs and a reduction in the efficiency of use.At the same time,the high-frequency mobility of employees has brought new tests to vehicle safety management.In response to these problems,this paper proposes corresponding solution strategies,including rational allocation of vehicle resources,strengthening cost management and improving the level of protection,aiming to ensure the efficient completion of various official travel tasks under the premise of limited resources,while achieving the purpose of reducing expenses and optimizing the allocation of resources.
