摘　　要：为了解湖北省乌骨鸡养殖过程中兽药的使用及质量安全情况,探讨促进乌骨鸡产品可持续发展的方法措施,更好地保障畜禽产品质量安全水平,针对湖北省主产乌骨鸡的5个地市的主要乌骨鸡养殖场实地调研分析。结果显示:湖北省乌骨鸡的养殖过程中主要发生的是呼吸道疾病和消化道疾病,常用抗菌药物有阿莫西林、恩诺沙星和氟苯尼考等,养殖环节中还存在饲养管理水平不高、缺少科学用药规程等问题。本文通过调查分析提出相关对策,进一步提升乌骨鸡产品质量安全,促进湖北省乌骨鸡养殖的科学健康发展。In order to understand the use of veterinary drugs and the quality and safety situation in the breeding process of black bone chickens in Hubei Province,explore methods and measures to promote the sustainable development of black bone chicken products,and better ensure the quality and safety level of livestock and poultry products,field research and analysis were conducted on the main black bone chicken breeding farms in five major cities in Hubei Province that produce black bone chickens.The results show that respiratory and digestive diseases mainly occur in the breeding process of black bone chickens in Hubei Province.Commonly used antibiotics include amoxicillin,enrofloxacin,and flufenicol.There are also problems with low breeding management level and lack of scientific medication regulations in the breeding process.This article proposes relevant measures through investigation and analysis to further improve the quality and safety of black bone chicken products and promote the scientific and healthy development of black bone chicken breeding in Hubei Province.
