摘　　要：佐剂是兽用疫苗的重要组分,其选择受到免疫科学、经济成本、防控效果等多种因素影响,其应用与研究得到越来越多的关注。依据佐剂功能与作用机理,将兽用疫苗佐剂按抗原呈递类佐剂、免疫刺激佐剂和中药成分佐剂进行分类综述,分析比较应用效果,综合研判发展趋势,以期对我国兽用疫苗用佐剂的应用与研究提供参考。Adjuvants are an essential component of veterinary vaccines,and their selection is influenced by various factors such as immunological science,economic costs,and prevention and control effectiveness.The application and research of adjuvants have attracted increasing attention.Categorizes veterinary vaccine adjuvants into antigen-presenting adjuvants,immunostimulatory adjuvants,and traditional Chinese medicine component adjuvants according to their functions and mechanisms of action.The application effects,judges the development trends are analyzed in order to provide a reference for the application and research of adjuvants in veterinary vaccines in China.
