进口服装化学物质含量分析及防控对策

摘　　要：全球工业化程度逐年升高,国际上对地球环境持续恶化、生态平衡失衡等问题的重视程度不断提高。纺织品和服装从加工生产以及到后续的环节上的处理,乃至上架销售等,一般都会经历不同程度的酸性或者碱性上的技术处理。这些纺织品生产化学助剂,是我国对纺织品及服装生产过程中,应对全球环境质量和生态保护过程中的监督检测重点考核的指标。通过对进口服装部分化学物质含量检测结果的分析,结合当前严峻复杂的全球纺织品和服装的贸易环境,为进出口纺织品和服装企业关于纺织品及服装的环保、安全健康性能方面,提出相应的防控对策,以及参考指南,以期对我国纺织品及服装出口企业提升质量、拓展海外市场在政策和技术方面有所借鉴。The degree of global industrialization is increasing year by year,and with it,the international attention to the continuous deterioration of the global environment and the imbalance of ecological balance is also increasing.Textiles and clothing generally undergo different degrees of acidic or alkaline technical treatment from processing and production to subsequent processing,and even on the shelves.These chemical additives for textile production are the key indicators of China's supervision and testing in the process of textile and garment production to cope with the global environmental quality and ecological protection.Through the analysis of the test results of some chemical substances in imported clothing,combined with the current increasingly severe and complex global trade environment of textiles and clothing,this paper puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures and reference guidelines for import and export textile and clothing enterprises in terms of environmental protection,safety and health performance of textiles and clothing,hoping to provide policy and technical support for China's textile and clothing export enterprises to improve quality and expand overseas markets.
