摘　　要：跨境电商已成为最重要的国际贸易新业态。为解决跨境电商发展中的难题与矛盾,通过设立跨境电商综合试验区开展先行先试,积极总结经验与复制推广。大连跨境电商综合试验区自获批以来,跨境电商进出口规模稳步提升,成为推动东北地区跨境电商发展的重要力量。通过对跨境电商企业进行实地调研,梳理大连跨境电商综合试验区在跨境电商产业发展中的优势,就大连跨境电商综合试验区产业发展中存在的问题,提出加快电子商务企业品牌建设,发展跨境电商龙头企业,促进大连综试区创新发展。Cross-border e-commerce has become the most important new form of international trade at present,in order to solve the problems and contradictions in the development of cross-border e-commerce,the Chinese government has set up a comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce to carry out pilot tests,and actively summarize experience and copy and promote.Since the approval of Dalian Comprehensive pilot Zone for cross-border e-commerce,the scale of cross-border e-commerce import and export has steadily increased.It has become an important force to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in Northeast China.Through the field investigation of cross-border e-commerce enterprises,the advantages of Dalian cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot Zone in the development of cross-border e-commerce industry are sorted out.According to the problems existing in the industrial development of Dalian Comprehensive pilot Zone of cross-border e-commerce,it is proposed to accelerate the brand building of e-commerce enterprises and develop leading enterprises of cross-border e-commerce to promote the innovation and development of Dalian comprehensive pilot zone.
