基于灰色关联与协同度模型的跨境电商物流协同发展研究——以广西为例

摘　　要：基于2013-2020年广西统计年鉴等官方数据,构建广西跨境电商和跨境物流协同发展评价指标体系,采用灰色关联分析方法和协同度模型对其协同发展水平进行量化评估。实证结果表明,广西跨境电商与跨境物流协同水平呈现逐年上升趋势,但其协同效应不稳定。分析发现,互联网普及率、港口运营效率以及通关便利化程度是协同发展的关键影响因素。为进一步提升协同水平,建议加强数字化基础设施建设,提高信息化水平;优化国际物流网络,提升物流效率;优化通关流程,改善跨境贸易营商环境。以促进广西深度参与“一带一路”建设,积极贯彻落实RCEP经贸合作,构建广西双循环发展新格局。Based on data from the 2013-2020 Guangxi Statistical Yearbook and other official sources,an evaluation index system for the coordinated development of Guangxi's cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics was constructed.The Grey Relational Analysis(GRA)method and the coordination degree model were employed to quantitatively assess their level of coordination.Empirical results indicate that the coordination level between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics in Guangxi has shown a yearly upward trend,though the synergistic effect remains unstable,The analysis reveals that internet penetration rate,port operation efficiency,and customs facilitation are key influencing factors for coordinated development.To further enhance coordination,it is recommended to strengthen digital infrastructure,improve information technology levels,optimize the international logistics network,increase logistics efficiency,and streamline customs procedures to improve the business environment for cross-border trade.These measures aim to promote Guangxi's active participation in the"Belt and Road"initiative,effectively implement RCEP economic and trade cooperation,and build a new development pattern of dual circulation in Guangxi.
