摘  要:为筛选配合力和遗传力高的糯高粱亲本,提升糯高粱选育效率,以6个糯高粱恢复系和6个不育系为材料,按6×6不完全双列杂交(NCⅡ)试验设计组配36个杂交组合,对株高、穗长和产量等8个主要农艺性状和淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、单宁含量4个品质性状进行配合力和遗传力分析。结果表明,除淀粉和蛋白质含量外,其余各性状差异均达到显著水平,脂肪和单宁等品质性状的一般配合力高于农艺性状的一般配合力。12个性状受加性基因和非加性基因效应的共同影响。单宁、株高、脂肪、蛋白质、穗柄长和穗长等性状的狭义遗传力较高,更易稳定遗传,可在早世代进行选择;其余性状狭义遗传力偏低,宜在晚世代选择。不育系54A在产量、千粒重、株高等多个性状上一般配合力较高;恢复系21R在产量、穗长、穗柄长等性状上一般配合力较高,恢复系272R在株高、一级枝梗数等性状一般配合力较高。组合1609A/F235R、54A/7R、42A/F235R是产量、单宁等性状表现优良的杂交组合。相关分析表明,株高、穗长、千粒重等性状与产量呈极显著相关关系,但线性拟合程度偏低;穗柄长、淀粉、脂肪、一级枝梗数、蛋白质等性状与单宁含量呈极显著相关关系,穗柄长、一级枝梗数与单宁含量线性拟合度较高。54A、21R、272R等亲本在育种实践中具备较好的应用价值。To screen glutinous sorghum parents with high combining ability and heritability and to improve the efficiency of glutinous sorghum selection,six restorer lines and six sterile lines of glutinous sorghum were used as materials,36 hybrid combinations were mated according to the 6×6 incomplete double-row hybrid(NC II)experimental design.The eight primary agronomic traits(plant height,panicle length and yield,etc.)and the four primary quality traits(starch,protein,fat and tannin contents)of the hybrid combinations were examined for combining ability and heritability.The results showed that except starch and protein contents,the variance of all traits reached significant differences,and the general combining ability of quality traits such as fat and tannin was higher than that of agronomic traits.Twelve traits were jointly affected by additive and non-additive gene effects.The narrow-sense heritability of tannin,plant height,fat,protein,peduncle length of panicle and panicle length were higher and more stable,so they could be selected in the early generation;the narrow-sense heritability of the rest of the traits were relatively low,so it was preferable to select in the late generation.Fertile line 54A has higher general combining ability in traits such as yield,1000-grain weight,plant height;restorer line 21R has higher general combining ability in traits such as yield,panicle length,peduncle length of panicle;restorer line 272R has higher general combining ability in traits such as plant height,the number of primary branches.The 1609A/F235R,54A/7R and 42A/F235R were hybrid combinations with excellent performance in traits such as yield and tannin content.Correlation analysis showed that traits such as plant height,panicle length and 1000-grain weight were extremely significantly correlated with yield,but the degree of linear fit was low;peduncle length of panicle,starch,fat,the number of primary branches,protein and other traits were extremely significantly correlated with tannin content,and the peduncle length of
