摘 要:以萌芽期高度耐冷资源巴盟黑糜子和高度冷敏感资源PAN21为试验材料,通过人工气候箱土培法,对比研究了苗期低温胁迫对不同耐冷糜子品种生长指标的影响及渗透调节和抗氧化能力的变化。结果表明,低温胁迫下,巴盟黑糜子死苗率为8.9%,为强耐冷糜子;PAN21的死苗率为80.3%,为极不耐冷糜子,与其在萌芽期耐冷性强弱分类结果一致;低温胁迫对糜子地上部分生长量的影响显著小于地下部分;低温胁迫下糜子苗期叶片脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛和H2O2含量均不同程度升高,叶绿素含量降低,且通过提高超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性降低活性氧水平,减轻低温对生物膜的伤害。渗透调节物质和抗氧化系统的运行效率是衡量糜子耐性强弱的重要生理指标。Using the budding stage highly cold-tolerant resource Bameng Black millet and the highly cold-sensitive resource PAN21 as experimental materials,the effects of low temperature stress on growth indexes,osmotic adjustment and antioxidant capacity of different cold-tolerant millet varieties were compared through a pot experiment under artificial climate chamber conditions.The results showed that under low temperature stress,the dead seedling rate of Bameng Black millet was 8.9%,indicating that it was a strong cold-tolerant millet variety;the dead seedling rate of PAN21 was 80.3%,indicating that it was an extremely cold-sensitive millet variety,which was consistent with their cold-tolerance classification result in the budding stage.The effects of low temperature stress on the aboveground and underground parts of millet were significantly different;the contents of proline,soluble protein,MDA,and H2O2 in millet leaves under low temperature stress were all increased to varying degrees,and the chlorophyll content was reduced.Moreover,by increasing the activities of SOD and POD,the content of ROS was reduced,thereby alleviating the damage to the biological membrane caused by low temperature.The osmotic adjustment substances and the efficiency of antioxidant system are important physiological indexes for measuring the cold-tolerance of broomcorn millet.
